Delivery times are estimates from the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse and can vary slightly by destination.
Order processing
Your order is prepared within 24 hours of payment and shipped from our warehouse in Vienna. Please note that local public holidays are not counted as working days, so delivery may take slightly longer around those dates.
Returns
Something not quite right? Email support@mimo-mimo.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must include all products, new and unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping fees apply. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — but you're always welcome to start a return.
