2. For what purposes do we process your personal data?
We process the information you provide when registering as a user in order to manage the purchase of products and to handle enquiries received through our customer service. We also process the information provided by customers who subscribe to our marketing communications.
We only request the data strictly necessary to provide the service, such as your full name, date of birth, postal address, email address, and phone number. In the case of returns, we also request the financial information required to process the refund.
3. How long do we keep your data?
We retain the data you submit until you request its deletion, except where we are required to keep it for a longer period to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting requirements).

- shipping and transport companies;
- Klaviyo (email marketing); and
- Trustpilot (customer reviews).
mimo studio GmbH runs its virtual infrastructure on a cloud-computing model through various providers both inside and outside the EU. Where data is transferred outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not transfer your data to any other third parties unless we are legally required to do so.
6. What rights do you have?
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not mimo studio GmbH is processing personal data concerning you. You also have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request the correction of inaccurate data;
- request the erasure of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
- request the restriction of processing in certain circumstances, in which case we will keep your data only to assert or defend against legal claims;
