Shipping policy

Shipping to Germany & Austria:

• Orders over €39 are shipped for free.
• For orders under €39, shipping costs €2.45.
• Orders over €100 include a complimentary Mimo Mimo gift.
• Every order comes with free K-Beauty product samples.

International Shipping:

Shipping costs vary based on the destination. Delivery times:

• Within Austria & Germany: up to 3 working days.
• At present, we ship exclusively to Germany and Austria, but we are soon expanding our delivery services to cover the entire European Union!
  

Order Preparations:

Your order will be ready within 24 hours after payment is received. All orders are shipped from our Vienna warehouse. Note: Local holidays are not considered working days.

Returns:

Issues with your products? Contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@mimo-mimo.com. Returns must include all products (new, unused, original packaging). Return fees apply.

Christmas Period:

Return period is extended for orders placed between 01.12.2023 and 05.01.2024 to 31.01.2024.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
