- Orders over €39 are shipped for free.
- For orders under €39, shipping costs €4.95.
- Orders over €100 include a complimentary Mimo Mimo gift.
- Every order comes with free K-Beauty product samples.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Order Preparation:
Your order will be ready within 24 hours after payment is received. All orders are shipped from our Vienna warehouse. Note: Local holidays are not considered working days.
Returns:
Issues with your products? Contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@mimo-mimo.com. Returns must include all products (new, unused, original packaging). Return fees apply.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
